Apple to rely on the cheaper 6.1-inch LCD iPhone for majority of its sales this year It has been rumoured for quite some time that Apple will be launching  three new iPhones  in 2018 , wherein one model will photo:iphones size variants.credits:iphone have an LCD display while the other two will have OLEDs. As per a report, Apple is placing its bets on the lower priced 6.1-inch LCD   var iant to represent a majority of the sales. According to some reports last year, the  iPhone X did not have a very successful sales journey since hitting stores from 3 November globally. The massive $1000 price tag might have been a very big factor in this and it would seem that Apple might be thinking along the same lines.
